Item came with no instructions on use or assembly. Basic assembly fairly easy using photo. Connection to vehicle quite different. Has several options and still not sure what some of the parts are for, or if it is safe to use as I am. Sent company request for guidance several weeks ago with no response. Uncomfortable taking bikes onto freeways as is. Very disappointed and would buy from another company next time.
